The Historical Internet?

Founded in 1495 by Italian Wizard Tele Nettie, the Internet was originally known as "#(&*!%@#" or, loosely translated, "We're sorry, but all circuits are busy at this time..."

Even though string couldn't carry sound very well on its own (and tin cans wouldn't be invented for a few hundred years) he ignored the laughter of his friends and neighbors and continued to correspond with another father of the net, El Goré.

After generations of hard work and government deregulation, the Tele Nettie family finally achieved what they desired, a reliable connection from one room to another that lasted more than 2 minutes! They then changed their name to TelNet to avoid embarrassment.

The youngest members of the family, Archie and Veronica, then moved to this country where they adopted a pet named Gopher and the three of them went to work refining the family dream.

Now, years later, the Internet has become a reality for families, individuals and businesses worldwide. We at Internet Wizards Web Design would like to take credit for all of this, but honesty commands that we be more modest than that.

We didn't invent the Internet, just our little corner of it. But, boy, can we deliver the goods! Reliable connections now go from continent to continent (instead of room to room), and some of the best designed sites in the world reside on our servers.
